At Snavsky, operating ximal.top, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward refund and returns policy.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Not be an item explicitly marked as non-returnable (e.g., final sale items).

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as personalized or custom-made items. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase.

In your email, please include the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for your return.
  • If the item is damaged or defective, please attach clear photos of the damage/defect.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our company address without prior authorization, as it may delay your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days after the approval.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and follow the return initiation process.
